Surgery in Mexico, Need Dr. for follow up

I am planning on having lap band surgery in Mexico, does anyone know of a Dr. in the Vancouver/Portland area that does follow up and fills? Thanks Carla

Hey Carla, I was banded in MX at the end of Dec & STILL cannot find a dr to do a fill!!! Check this out first or just plan on going back for fills! Good luck, Corinne

Hi! I believe that there is a DR Fitzpatrick (can't remember her first name) that does fills for MX patients. But these change, so you can't guarantee that if you find one today, they will still be doing it when you need. I am being banded on 2/28 and I thought I had all the Local DR set. Within the last few weeks, I have learned that BOTH of the DRs that originally would do fills for MX patients, are now NOT doing them. So as another posted, you will have to keep checking and always be prepared to go back to Mexico, just in case! Sharon banding in 4 Days!
