What did you have to eat yesterday

I had my vitamins first thing in the morning, then before lunch I had a slimfast. For dinner I had a protein drink made with strawberries, mango, banana, apple juice, whey protein and nectar protein, for a late night snack I had about 1 ounce of salad. Arlene

Hi Arlene! Glad to see you are starting to tolerate foods now! Keep up the good work Yesterday I had: B= Carbwell Protein Bar L= 1oz Ham & a few bites of salad S= Some Cajun Style Peanuts D= Ooops, wasn't hungry so didn't eat I know, bad bad! Usually I would have had a protein drink if I wasn't going to eat. S= 1/2 (about 1 oz ) SF, FF, Klondyke Ice Cream Bar I am still having problems getting in all my meals. It's so hard to eat when you aren't hungry.. and to think, I used to eat all the time when I wasn't hungry.. Wow, this surgery has changed my life! I think our hunger returns when we're about a year or so out, anyone know for sure?? God bless all of you! XoXo~ Kimanne

I am at 5.5 months and about once a week, I will notice oh man I am hungry, AND I DON"T LIKE IT ONE BIT!!!

Let's see if I can remember piece of cheese w/a garlic trisquit handful of lowfat cheez-its (I know, bad, they're a trigger for me and I've decided not to bring them into the house again!) another handful of cheez-its (see above) 2oz chicken, 3 green beans 240/172/150-ish

Hey, Kimanne! I can't even fathom not eating because I'm not hungry. I, like you USED to, eat whether I'm hungry or not! I'm starting to watch that more and being aware more of my eating patterns and becoming more conscious of head hunger vs. tummy hunger because I want to be as in-tune with my bod before surgery as I can be. So cool to see all of you post-ops and know what my life will be like. It's beyond bizarre to imagine me like that, but I will be and HOPEFULLY SOON!!!! Michelle

1 protein bar 1 protein shake meat which promptly was returned summer roll (I think that is what it is called)-salad stuff with crab stick 1 bite of hamburger It seems like there was something else, but I can't remember now. Last night, DH said he couldn't believe how much I am eating now.

B = 1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 1/2 orange S = NF decaf latte L = string cheese, a few organic wheat crackers S = 1/2 cup mixed nuts D = 1/2 of 1/2 of Applebee's Oriental Chicken Salad S = 1/3 cup Dreyers Carb Benefit Vanilla ice cream (it's good)
