late afternoon munchies

Hi, First of all, I changed my "name" on here so that my full name isn't out there. I'm still the same old Chris, though. For the past couple of days, I have had a SERIOUS sweet tooth develop during the late afternoon, especially when I am in my office. It has been so hard to overcome. One time I ate fake (sugar-free) candy, but yuck. I'd rather have nothing at all. I'm sure this is all in my head, but does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe I'm eating something wrong at a different time that makes me have these cravings? Does anyone have any other strategies? This is the first time this has happened to me post-op, and I do NOT want to return to any of the bad ole habits. Thanks for any help you can give me. -Chris 281/220.5/150

Hi Chris! I find that if I have a serious craving for something, I go ahead and eat it. I just try to keep the portions low and everything seems to work ok. Craigerzz

I've been having thawed mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries & blackberries) topped with Ultra low carb Yoplait yogurt and that is taking care of that frozen treat craving that occurs once in awhile.
