What did you eat TODAY???
Okay all, I'm going to post this now, as I have issue remembering the next morning.
B - SOS...8 ounces flat, diet, CF Coke with a handful of vitamins.
L - 2 ounces of baked pork chop
S - protein drink with 30 grams of protein in 8 ounces of diet cranberry juice
S- 1/4 cup tuna casserole, and 1/4 cup of corn
Don't know about a snack tonight, but probably 2 cups of popcorn.
Again, no exercise, but vacuumed my entire house and did about 7 loads of laundry, so that ought to count for something :P

Oh gosh, today was a bad food day, but here goes:
B= One Carbwell protein bar
L= 2oz thin sliced Chicken
S= Isopure Protein Drink
D= 2oz Roast Beef, few bites of Salad
No working out for me today either.... I think I'm getting the stomach flu or one of those bugs going around.. my tummy has been overly sensitive the last few days

Not a bad day, but my one evening snack turned into 2 because I stayed up too late. It's a good thing that I did my 3 mile walk this morning! I have great news, I got a brand new awsome treadmill so I can walk everyday and I'm going to need to walk in the morning since I doubled up on the evening snack.
B - Protein Shake & Pria Low Carb Bar (Costco has these b1g1f this week, yummy!)
L - Protein Shake & 1oz String Cheese
D - Protein Shake & 1/4 cup of the inside of Mom's homemade prime rib pot pie & a little bit of salad
S - Protein Shake & Cheese w/ whole wheat crackers
S (again) - sf vanilla pudding
I need to go to bed now before I make it 3 evening snacks. It's amazing how I have to force myself to eat when it's daylight out, but the minute the sun goes down my munching, grazing, over snacking evil twin emerges.

Yesterday:
B: Honey Nut Cheerios cereal bar
S: Zone Perfect bar
L: 1/2 Subway Lo-Carb wrap w/turkey, cheese, & veggies
2 bites of a cupcake (work party)
S: 1 oz. peanuts
D: 1/2 whole wheat tortilla with bites of leftover baked chicken, lite sour cream, salsa, and cheddar cheese
S: 1/4 cup of "Carb Benefit" Dreyers ice cream (vanilla)
Exercise: I rocked! 20 min. elliptical trainer, then did all of the upper body weight lifting equipment, then did 100 ab crunches, then did 30 min. stationery bike
I also got most of my water in!
A good day, all in all.
