Food and exercise for Monday 1-10

Let's hear what your ate and what you did. 1 Protein shake 1 oz String Cheese 1/2 Protein bar 1 oz mac and cheese (a treat) 1 oz steak (chewed and chewed and chewed and finally spit out the stuff that didn't fall off from all of the chewing. Works this way for jerky too.) Puke free day for me. cal 444, fat 17, carbs 25, protein 53

Hi Hat, 2 cups orange juice 25 min on bike machine 25 min on ecliptical machine thats it!

Not a great day for me. Every ounce of food made me feel fat. 1/2 low-fat marionberry muffin from Starbucks (I know, I shouldn't have). 1/3 tall decaf NF latte 1 Zone Perfect Bar 1 oz string cheese some organic wheat crackers 1/2 Arby's RB sandwich with 1/4 of the bun (yuk, did not go well) 1/2 apple 1 Tbsp peanut butter It was one of those busy days, running here, there and everywhere. I did not get to exercise. trying harder today. I love these posts! -Chris

YEAH!! on no barfing, Hat! B: 12 oz of coffee w/ FF creamer 2 oz of oatmeal L: 1 cup (yes, cup! )) salad - cabbage, nuts, bluecheese, raspberry vinigarette S: 1/3 Balance Bar D: 3/4 macdee's cheese burger w/o bun 6 oz chocolate milk S: 1/3 Balance Bar Cals: 753 Fat: 39 Carbs: 64 Protein: 37 (hmmm... I seem to be missing the protein boat, again! Those carbs and fat grams could sure use some adjusting!) Now for exercise - there, I kick butt: AM: 55 min cardio workout - The FIRM (ouch!) PM: 70 min deep water aerobics! Great Thread! Nancy

breakfast - 4 oz lowfat yogurt snack - 1 oz chili, 1 oz string cheese lunch - about 1/2 of a Lean Cuisine -Honey Dijon Chicken and Almond Green Beans snack -1 small green apple, 1 1/2 Tbs. low fat peanut butter dinner -2 oz grilled chicken w/ squeeze of lime, 2 slices avocado, a little tomato, 1/2 oz shredded mozarella cheese, 1/2 of a wheat tortilla (this was a yummy dinner!!) plus - 20 oz water, 8 oz decaf tea, 4 oz sugar free Hot chocolate. I think this is the most amount of liquids I have had, since I had surgery! So, it was a good day for me!

OKay, hard for me to remember what I had for breakfast TODAY, much less yesterday, but I will try. B - 8 ounces of flat, diet, caffeine-free coke with a bootload of vitamins...YUCK!! ( I cannot eat anything after I gag down all my vitamins) L - Half of a McD's cheeseburger with no bun and 4 fries S - Protein shake/30 grams of protein in diet cranberry juice S - 2 ounce of sloppy joe meat and 3 tator tots S - 1/2 cup crab meat sautee'd in a lil butter ( i always have to eat something about 10 o'clock at night or I wake up hungry in the middle of the night and have to get up to eat) about 64 ounces of fluid No exercise, I have not jumped on that wagon yet. *sigh*
