Happy New Year everyone! Yesterday, I hit my 3 month mark and I decided to step on the scale. To my absolute delight, the scale read 199!! I was so excited, I was yelling at my DH to come take a look. I just can't believe I have lost 57 lbs in 3 months. I was so excited I just wanted to share. God Bless you all. Kristi 256/199/140

I am so excited for you, Surgery & Hospital Sister! Congratulations and Happy New Year. Makes it all worth it, doesn't it? I am right there with you, too, because I stepped on the scale this morning, and I have lost 57.5 lbs. My 3-month appointment at the WISH Center is tomorrow! I always weigh naked (ha ha ha), so I know it won't be quite as much "officially," but I know the real deal! Sure hope to see you at the support group tomorrow night.
