Hey, I have a recipe too.
Love tacos? Make your taco shell out of cheese.
I make mini shells out of pre sliced cheddar/montery jack cheese singles.
lay in non-stick fry pan on med/hi heat. Cook till the bottom starts to stiffen, almost burning. Flip over, cook a little longer then take out, drain on paper towels and as it's cooling, fold into taco shape. Now you just need to add your meat, salsa, onion, sour cream...whatever. Cheese is already included.
