Hi guys (and gals) Mu question for the day: When is it okay to sit in a hot tub? My incision is well closed but still healing. Some of the other Coasty Wives here have been going to the stations hot tub every fri. night and I'm feeling left out. I found a bearable way to consume some of my "unflavored" protein powder. Put about 1/2 scoop in my cup of coffee, add a splash of sugar free vanilla syrup (Atkins) and a packet of Slenda. Pretty good. Oh, FYI, Amazon.com has 50% off on Atkins items. Rachel, my next appt. is the 7th. I'll be coming to town the 6th and spending the night at my parents in Duvall, hit my appt. on the 7th, then heading straight to the ferry to get home. Would love to get together for our first yummy salad sometime. Hey, we come to Silverdale almost once a month!

While I could take a shower with no problem, Dr. W said I had to wait until my 17th day before I could go swimming. I would think it would be the same even if you were in ho****er just as long as everything is closed up. Just remember you might need a little support getting out if the ho****er makes you light headed. Oh and you have to take me with you. Hat
