Lap Band w/ Medicare

Anyone know of any Doctors in WA state that take Medicare for the lapband procedure??? Will Medicare even cover Laps? I have a friend that is considering WLS but is totally against the RNY procedure. Any info would be helpful, thanks in advance! Love God, Kimanne
