Literally, whenever I eat good protein, chicken, beef, etc. I end up throwing it up. I get so frustrated...give me a bag of cheetos or tootsie rolls and I am fine. I am tired of feeling full after only 1 or 2 bites of food. I am a year out from an open VBG. I know drinking more water, exercise, etc will help the process along. However, I feel that at 1 year out I should be able to keep something down. I think I will pursue having a scope done of my pouch. Anyone had this done? I'd like to hear about the results. Not being able to eat meat but being able to eat junk at a year out would be a nightmare for me. I can imagine your frustration. Are 264-213 your starting weight and your current weight? What is your goal weight?
