6 weeks post op...i need plateau help!!
I hit my plateau at about 4 weeks (I'm 9 weeks now). Don't worry - if you continue to take in all of the protein you are supposed to (60-90g/day) and continue your exercising and eating properly, the weight loss WILL speed up again. Scary, isn't it? I thought for sure that I was the only one who had this problem, and that I was stuck and that was all of the weight I was going to lose forever. If you read the posts, you will see that everyone hits some sort of plateu early on. Keep the faith - and good luck on your journey.
