How long does Tricare take to let you know?

I just got off phone with my Dr's ins. person and my app. was May 21st and as of today they hadn't even given it to the ins. co. I'm not very happy about that because I didn't what to have to recover in the heat of the summer. Or going into the fall because of depression.

Not sure, Im at Ft. Lewis with the doctors there so I didn't have any wait. Is it possible you can see a Military Clinic? Not sure where you located. Ft. Lewis has some wonderful surgereons there but there is a long wait to get it done. But fight Tricare if you have to normally they pretty easy and I heard (from military docs) you might have to write for appeal.
