Seattle-area Support Group

Evergreen Morbid Obesity Surgery Support (EMOSS) is the largest support group in the Seattle area, with over 400 members. We host three meetings a month: 1st Tuesday: WLS 101 Class (for those considering & preparing for surgery) 2nd Tuesday: Post-op Support 3rd Tuesday: CLOSED Near or At Goal (NOAG) Support (please join our NOAG group before attending this meeting: NOAG group) In addition, we hold one beginner ("101") hike a month, and one harder "NOAG" hike each month. Thank you for the support group information. I will be having the RNY surgery on May 23, 2003. I recieved insurance approval last week. I am very excited for this but also alittle nervous. I live in the Eastside area and am married with four children. Hope to see you at a support meeting.
