Belt Lipoectomy at Madigan

 Has any one here had a belt lipectomy done at Madigan Army Medical Center? I had the sleeve done at Madigan Feb 2011 I have lost a little over 100 pounds. I went to the DR last week asking about having a Tummy Tuck done and how much it would be.  I was told it would be free for me because I lost 100 or more. I scheduled the surgery for Aug 7 but on my consent form it does not say tummy tuck it says belt lipectomy. Just wondering if this is the standard procedure they do for patients who have lost alot of weight.
