Dietary Info.....Soy versus lactaid...fish

Told by dietician to use Lactaid instead of my soy milk:( Told I need to eat fish ..i am vegetarian and eat soydogs and soy patties....Is soy hard to digest after gastric?? Just wondring

I have not had any problems with soy burgers, I have not tried soydogs. I am 10 years out RYN

O I do not do any milk very bad! (Gas)
