GOT MY SURGERY DATE!!!!!!!!
Hey all, I still cannot believe this even as I am typing it! I HAVE MY SURGERY DATE for my DS!!! It is September 25th!!!! I am in shock, on cloud 9, and oh so ready for this new life to begin!!!!!
My surgeon actually said good things about the DS too! He is just absolutely AWESOME!!!

It is hard to wait, but you should get a call soon and this it the last hurdle. Your time is near. I think it took about two week (no more then that) for me to get a call from the Psych Dept.
It seems like a weighting game, but I think that in a way it is worth it for us to really be assured that this is the right thing to do.

Wow!! I'm so happy for you. You are going to feel so much better. You will be able to swallow pills! Eat a piece of bread or a bite of pasta again. No heartburn. I'm comin' to walk with you in the hospital. Be ready. Love ya, girl! I don't regret my decision for a moment to get a revision.
