How Many Calories A Day Should New RNY's Be Getting???
I think every doc/program is different. I am about 4.5 months out, and my average daily caloric intake is 560. My Nut recommends between 400 to 600. I won't be consistently up to around 800 until I am close to 7 or 8 months post op.
