Everything done now waiting for date

I just wanted to share my thrill for the day.  Today I finished the last of the tests that were required.  I spoke to the gal that handles the insurance (Group Health) part of it all and she told me to fax her my checklist so that she could get everything done and approved by Monday so that I could get my surgery date this week.  I know it will be 2 months out and I can't wait. She was really thrilled that I was able to complete everything so quickly and my attitude toward all the changes that are happening.  I am now down 32 pounds.  Now I get to sit and wait for Julie from the surgeon's office to call me with a date. I know that it will go quickly.  Thanks for letting me share.

YAY!  Can't wait!!!  I have Group Health too and I work for Group Health.  Julie is wonderful!!

She will give you a date and you may have to go to the orientation before.  It is very informative thing.  It is 4 hours long.  I went to the orientation on 1/9/09.  Had my surgery 1/28/09 stayed over at Overlake.  Overlake is very nice hospital, of course it is Bellevue!
