Today I stepped on the scale and there wasn't a 2 in site! I finally hit 199, well actually 198. Then this afternoon just for the hell of it I bought a pair of size 12 jeans and they fit, I could even breath!

Thanks Helen, Like the new avatar! looks great! I need to get a one up one of theses days.
Not sure if you heard or not, but our support group time has changed shifted up an hour, so now it starts at 6:00 instead of 7:00. Do you want to car pool again? i can pick up up at safeway about 5:20.
