100 pounds gone!
I just can't believe that I can excersise for 1.5 hrs 3-4 times a week and it feels great... Still struggling with getting enough of the right things down but I know it will come together in time.... Some days eat good, not enought liquids or vise versa??? Hate the vitamins but I'll take them over the 100 pounds that are gone forever! Hair is still falling out but I think it is my 'D' levels which I'm address this week... I want to thank everyone that shares, I have learned so much just reading this website... I don't post often but I'm here every day! THANK YOU!
