Marlene's in Tacoma

Hey Summit bunch , I went to Marlene's . I went there specifically to look for that snack that we liked so much . The one I can't remember the name of . It doesn't matter , because they don't have it . Because I drove there allll the way from Buckley , I was forced to make the trip to not be fruitless . I can't be wasting gas just for a trip to one store . I went to Macy's & World Market . Clothes shopping continues to be a frustration for me . I got a top & a nightgown . My computer caught a bad virus & I just finally fixed it . So , i havet been on-line much , the last few days . 
3 week till my surgery !!!

If you ever want me to check for something at Marlene's just drop me a note. I live on the other side of the freeway from the Tacoma store and I work in Federal Way. Happy to help out if you don't want the excursion.

Love the salad bar at Marlenes - they don't look at you too strange if you just get a bit of chicken and an artichoke heart.

Thanks , I appreciate that . I can always make my trips worthwhile . lol . Their deli did look good & seemed really popular . that is one of the few places I can find my deoderant . Thanks for the congrats .

Hey girl! You talking about the Dr Kracker stuff (is that what it's called?)  I was there a few weeks ago with Jill and forgot to look.  I do like the store as a whole, but was there just as a girls day out before a meeting with Jill.

Yeah , it was the Dr. Kracker stuff . Bummer . I may have to find an excuse to find a whole foods . Supposedly they carry it there .

I am so excited ! I really like Macy's & World Market , too . World market has the best SF coffee syrups & Pez dispensors . lol . I can't believe you've already lost 120 pounds ! You're practically at goal . You have done great .

Marlene's in Federal Way has Dr. Krackers. 3rd aisle from the left, on the right hand side, second or third shelf down - to be specific. I was wondering if that's what you were looking for. Tacoma Marlene's also has had them in the past. I think on a top shelf. They are somehow harder to notice in the Tacoma store. Tacoma has them more with the WASA and Federal Way has them with more general crackers. Oh, and they used to be packaged in clear plastic. Now they are in boxes.

Where is the Federal Way Marlenes ? I've never seen it . Of course I go to the places I know , or need to go to & that's it . I looked very closely at the Tacoma one . Maybe they were just out , I don't know . Is the Federal Way Marlene's bigger ?

It is on South 317th just off 23rd Avenue South in Federal Way.
