Phone number needed

I am going in for my 3 month post op visit and need to have Dr. Rush put my labs in. I can't find the number to the surgical clinic at madigan. I am hoping you can help me out.

Hi Lisa, I just called today to get my 6mo. and the surgery clinic made my appt, and put in for my labs,  try the clinic for appt and labs. main Madigan # is (253) 968-1110 and ask for general surgery clinic, My appt is with Dr. Eggebroten cuz Dr. Rush is TDY

Thanks Cindy, i made my appointment through TriCare earlier today. Sherry said to call Elaine and have her put my labs in, but she said I had to have Dr. rush do it. I'll call on Monday and get them set up.
