what a difference and questions

Hi Everybody!
What a difference 24 hours has made.  I got a pretty good night sleep last night in my own bed, and when ever I woke up,  took a sip or two of water.  Looking back at yesterday, I can't believe I was so worried.  Maybe I'm "knocking on wood" too soon, but I'm much happier today.  I even had a bit of soup for lunch.  Did not do well with breakfast, but I will get there.

It feels so good to be on the looser bench and knowing that it is forever now.

Do any of you drink isopure protein?  If so, if you have had trouble with it, is there anything you have found to add to it to help with flavor?

Hi there! Glad you got a good nights sleep and are feeling better.  I bet things get better for you every day.  Just think, you slept in your own bed, that's a good start.  I slept in my recliner for a bit because I was too sore to climb onto my bed.  I'm short and my bed is tall  hahaha.  You are doing good by sipping when you get a chance, every bit helps.

Hope you continue to feel better

WOW your own bed, already, thats great, I slept in a recliner for almost 2 weeks, mainly because my bed is tall and upstairs, but the first night in my own bed was like heaven,
As for Isopure, never have used it, I like carn, instant, break. sf choc. with beneprotein,

Cindy,
I like the instant breakfast and I have to say that I forgot about it for the last two days... I can make that with some protein powder and call it good, but do you use milk in it??

I had a lap surgery, so maybe that is why I can handle the stairs already and being just under 6' tall I don't have a problem with tall beds   I will say I did not sleep well last night and are any of you having or had BIZARRE DREAMS??? I know they say it is your subconscious but OMG STRANGE that is all I can say!
