Hey, 7 pounds lost has gotten you to your goal - and that's a great accomplishment!!  It's funny...we never see ourselves as others do.  I sure don't see myself as teeny!  Thank you!!  I'm definitely considering the UW for plastics.  I'm so excited for you and sure think it's a way I can at least get the TT done.  I'd like a couple other things taken care of, too, but we'll see...  And if there's anything I can do to help you, please let me know!  It would not be an imposition at all!!  Take care...

I agree about UW . I figured , if i'm pleased this time , I might go back & have something done every other year . Isn't it rediculous that we are planning multiple procedures . lol . The resident program only does one procedure at a time . If you have a Chief do it , they might do more . But , they charge as much as a regular surgeon . I read up on the Chief surgeon that Dr. Imahara has chosen to assist . He has an impressive background & specialises in body contouring . I could have had my surgery 10 days earlier if I requested another chief . I told the coordinator that I would just wait . That there must be a reason that he wanted this particular chief . Now , that i've read up on him , I am so glad I waited . I think it will work out good . I'm stocking up on stuff , like TP , paper towels , etc.... The kids are old enough to make simple meals , which is good . & you are teeny . lol .

That's great that you feel good about the chief surgeon.  That makes a big difference and definitely makes the 10 day extra wait worth it...  It is funny that we are now hoping to have multiple PS procedures done - as if the weight loss hasn't been good enough!!  LOL  Actually I think we all are happy with our loss, but will feel even better when things are back where they belong!  :)  I'm glad the kids are old enough to be able to fend for themselves a bit - hopefully they'll be able to take care of grandma some, too!!  See you next Saturday...

We do CARE! LOL  Wow, that is great that you kept plugging away. I saw you at Salt   Water Park and sorry that we didn't introduce ourselves, but you looked great! I'm also sorry that I won't be coming to the Obesity walk this Sat.. sniff.. because I was told that I have plantar fascitis (apparently from overdoing my walking, argh!) and was told to rest for 2 weeks -- no walking! (whimpers) --- and gotta ice my foot 2 times a day... I pity my DH who has to hear me scream when I put my foot in a bucket of ice. LOL  Can't wait to get back into the groove.  Congrats again!

Thanks Kelly . You left right after I got there . I should have introduced myself . I am at times very shy around people I haven't met before . Although many people would argue . lol . I've had plantar fascitis & it sucks . If you don't baby it early on , it takes forever to get rid of . Now , if I get a twinge , I automatically start treating my feet . You have my sympathy . It really hurts . & the ice isn't fun . I hope it get's better quickly . Kathy
