Well Everybody my big day is tomorrow!

I spent yesterday cleaning the house, carpet cleaning the carpets (and we have a tri level, YIKES,  doing the laundry, making a few meals for DH & DD, and grooming our three dogs.  At the end of the day, well night I took a nice hot bath    as a reward for getting so much done.  Nothing like tying to keep yourself busy!  Today I will pack my bag,  change the sheets on the bed so I can have clean sheets, at least on MY side of the bed, for when I get home, run out and get a few things for when I get home, like jello, pudding, yogurt, juice , hmmm what else??

Once I get home I will let you all know that I'm still kicking and how things went!

A big group hug to all of you for helping me get to this point

Don't buy too much!  Yogurt will really be 3-4 meals.  Watch the sugars on the juice to.  Do you have a recliner if you need it?

I wish you that very best tomorrow on your surgery day!

Depends might or might not.  I lived in mine for a week, if you don't have one available ( can you borrow one?)  Just make sure you have plenty of pillows and don't expect to be able to lay flat.  Its hard to get up and down.  (cut tummy muscles)

Sorry this was so late we just got home from the fair!!

WOW...  you are going to need a break after all that cleaning!!!  I wished I had done the laundry before having surgery.... but since I spent most of my time after surgery  in jammies I guess it didn't matter.

I will keep you in my prayers for an un-eventful surgery and a fast recovery!!

I think the recliner idea is a good one.  I rented one at a medical supply place in San Fransisco and lived in it the first week in the motel.  It was way more comfy the first week than a bed.  I bet you could even hit rent-a-center or some place like that for a non-lift type recliner.  I didn't need or use the lift part, a regular Lazy Boy would have been great.

Make sure you have something soft (baby wipes) for the bowel cleanse.  Dont want an angry pootie.  lol.  Good luck and congrats.  EW
