I just got home!

My surgery was on Thursday and I got home this a.m.  Recovery in the hospital was easy.  I did not have to use the pain button at all, however, they were giving my IV pain meds so maybe that was enough to cover.  I was up and about early on Friday and have going strong since.  My lower intestines have been very noisy, maybe they're just trying to adjust.  I've had my first full liquid meal (yum) and have a bottle water sitting next to me and I'm sipping a little.  I told my doctor if the rest of the weight loss is as easy as the hospital part it'll be a piece of cake (no pun intended).  I feel relatively good and am glad to be home.  Thank you all for you wonderful thoughts and prayers - I'm sure they are what helped me get through this far.

Thank you all - I'm excited to be on the losing side finally.  I'm looking forward to a fast and easy weight loss - I can hope anyway!
