Anyone get surgery through Basic Health??

Hi Everyone.... Was wondering if anyone has been approved for surgery through Washington state Basic Health program? I have read in the policy that there is an exclusion for weight loss surgery but then I also read something about medically necessary.......?? I am pretty much at my ropes end here and won't even bother applying for this insurance unless there is hope. Thanks, Judy
