Hey, Jill - going to the gym is a great thing to do while your hubby is deployed! It's definitely a good stress buster and it will probably get the weight coming off a little bit quicker, too, which is always welcome! I work day shift and my hubby works swing shift so it works out for me, too... I go to Curves 3-5 days a week and recently joined Bally's and have started going to a water aerobics class there twice a week. While I'm there I usually do a little cardio, too. It's so nice to have the energy to do those things!! :) The only thing that would make it better for me is if I had a friend nearby to exercise with - too bad you live in Olympia and I'm in Tacoma!!

You look so great........I mean really great.....hopefully I'll lose 50pds someday.... I went to support group and it was good to be back....Brandy was there and she looks good also.....I've lost 4inches in my thighs!!! and gone down 2 bra sizes......so something is working I guess....I was good to see the photos ...I'm very impressed...really impressed....keep up the good work. Wow Bev thats great! I wish my "girls" would shrink some not yet though. lol You must be doing something right. So what if you lose a little slower, you will still get there. Next week I am going to have to try and get out to the evening support group on thurs. I would love to make it to tues but I will be teaching on tuesdays for another 6 weeks then I will be back.
