3 wks post-op lapband in wenatchee

Hi Helen, i would love to get together for coffee with you. Let me know when it gets closer to june what date you would like to get together. I love to go to Leavenworth. I have a neighbor upstairs that quilts, she's finishing a quilt for me that my great aunt started about 25 yrs ago. My aunt made the top, but never quilted it. My neighbor is almost done, i saw it last wk. I have done a small lap quilt with her for the nursing home she works at. I would love to do more, but space is pretty limited in my home. So for now, i'm doing lots of crochet.   I can't wait to meet with you, thanks for the invite. Kristi

Welcome!!   Looks like you are doing great!  20 lbs is wonderful! I am with you on the gym too I love the Y but the one close to me is gross, so I am looking at LA fitness or Ballys. Till then walking outside for me. (Wi**** would warm up) I'm sure someone will chime in with a support group idea for you.
