You've got it Bev protein, protein, protein!!  Force it down if you have to.  Go to trader joes and get some low fat greek yogurt it has like 15 grams of protein a serving add some splenda and a little soft fruit.  Yumm.  I had some with strawberries today. Cottage cheese too.  String cheese always sits easy on my tummy.  If your shakes are making you nauseated keep trying till you find one that works.  I get sick off of the whey so I have switched to soy.  I hate the texture but I am just getting it down as quick as I can.  Who knew that I would turn into a puker??  Oh and at you stage I tried those little salad shrimp with some ****tail sauce.  Soo good.  Watch the suger in the sauce though. Way to go on the water areobics!  Sounds like you made an new friend too.  Don't forget to go to support group.  Statics show that people who go to support group are more sucessful over all than those who dont.
