Home and happy

I am home and my surgery went great.  I am a little sore but it is nothing I can't handle and the pain meds work wonders.  They tell me that I shouted Yippee when I came inton the recovery room  That doesn't surprise me a bit.  That is how I have felt since I knew I was going to have this surgery.  I am extremely happy and comfortable with my decision and even more happy to have my band inside of me now.  Thank you all for your warm wishes.  Now I am off to walk around my house and then climb back into my recliner

So glad to hear you are home and healthy! Make sure to take lots of naps, followed by as much walking as you can, and of course, drink, drink, drink! I will be your echo - Yippee!

Glad to hear your surgery went well and that you are back home and doing good!  Keep up that walking and sipping the water!    And aren't recliners wonderful?!?  So glad to hear that you are feeling so happy with your decision - you're on your way now...
