GRRRRRRR

Thanks so much you guys!  I was so tired and stressed last night I sat down on the couch and was out like a light.  Son woke me up at 11 asking if I was going to bed, I said, yeah when dad does.  He said mom, dad went to bed a few hours ago   I know it's not the end of the world, and my pity party is officially over, but I very much appreciate you guys letting me have it. Now I am going on angel duty for Jillian and will let you guys know tomorrow how she's doing.  Don't forget to stop by and sign her surgery support page, I posted the link in a post above. Thanks again my friends for letting me whine it out here with you guys, I'm quite positive my husband appreciates it too

Hi Shelley~ I am sorry to hear about your delay, but glad you worked through it. Sometimes things happen for a reason and maybe that reason is for you to be there for Jillian!  We all know how much support we need to get through this. Only 21 more days to go!!! As to your move...have done the "move" myself several times...it is nice when you can sit back and direct. Every time we had to transfer, I was the lucky one to have to get everything ready...as he was off on some assignment or another.  Take advantage of it girl...you deserve it after all the moves you have done~! AAHHH  Shellie I am soo sorry to hear about your dealy, boy thats just seems to be the way madigan works lately. I guessed I' ve learned to not expect the 1st date that I will get as it will prob. NOT happen.  Like everyone else has said, about your move, just take it easy and let everyone else handle it.  I personally HATE moving and wish I had a reason many times not to have to help. And thanks for beong Jillians angel to keep us all up to date on her.

I'm so sorry!  It'll happen before you know it, though.  At least you realize that (even if you're not happy). Good luck -- and patience! Lori

Oh man!  I just sent you my best wishes for your surgery on the 15th. . .and then I find out I'll just have to re-send them in 3 weeks. . .oh well, that will just give you more time to collect more good wishes.  Take care, and take advantage of the opportunity to sit back and let everyone else take care of the move.  This is such an important event. . .it doesn't matter when it happens, as long as it happens.

Shelly, I'm new to this site I meet Jill at the last support meeting before her surgery on Wed......My surgery with Dr. Sebesta was also moved  from the 20th to 3-3 at Madigan.....I go in for the pr-op on the26th....the to the support meeting after that .....I ordered my vitamins and whey this morning on the bariatric eating site from the before and after book that Jill recommand....it is a great book... if your surgery is scheduled for the 4 we'll be in at the same time.....when they re-schdeduled mine ..I was so bummed that I ate things I should'nt and I had been doing so well......now I'm back on track.......what time is your appointment on the 26th ? maybe I'll see you there... Hi Shelley... New to the board, first time poster. It may not be a bad thing if your surgery was postponed. Hope you have done your homework and checked the state boards for complaints for doctors. There are two doctors in your area (I don't think I should name here) who are TERRIBLE and have several complaints against them. I won't mention names, but they are father and son. I know of (have confirmed) FOUR deaths from one of these doctors. These were from both lapband and gastric bypass. One of the lapband patients should never have been a candidate to begin with, but that's another story. Please PLEASE take the time to do your homework to ensure no complaints have been filed against your doctor. There are careless ones (and there are great ones too) out there.  God Bless.
