Anyone with recommendations for a plastic surgeon in the Vancouver, WA/Portland, OR area? I called Dr. Gray's office and she is booked for consult appointments through April.

Well I have an appt. with Dr. Grey this month but like you had to wait a couple of months to get in. Personally I'd rather wait for a great surgeon than to settle for a good one. Everyone of my docs (and there are a bunch) has said Cynthia Grey is THE best! So I guess it's up to you whether you want it fast or best. Good luck.
