Help with my profile?

I am unable to add a pic to my default picture space on my page.  I can up-load and put into my album, but-how do i direct the pic to be my default profile page pic?   I can do this on MYSPCE page, but cant figure this one out.  Can somebody helpme please? Thank you so much! teresa...
