Have 2 insurances but neither cover WLS at all/private pay?

I received a request to be a friend and I screwed it up and can't find it. Please don't think I didn't want to add you, I just can't find the request now. I don't know who it was and if you want please send again and I will try not to mess it up this time. Cheryl
