Ugh.
I have had 4 fills and I seem to be PB'ing once a month. I'm not eating bad though, and I can get most things down (proteins, veggies, nuts). For example, today I had a South Beach Diet meal. It was a Cranberry Walnut Chicken salad, with whole wheat pita chips and I think it might have been the whole wheat pita chips that caused me to PB. Does anyone else have a problem with those? Or whole wheat things in general? I don't hardly ever eat them, and maybe I'm answering my own question here, but I know PB'ing is bad for my band and I just didn't know if anyone else had these kinds of "episodes"? Any help would be so greatly appreciated! Thanks so much.
