freedom from diets

I just wanted to see if anyone is going to take the Freedom from Diets class through April to June with Kaiser at the Cascade Park location?

Hi Jen, I am taking it as Salmon Creek right now. It is a good class. I am not going to be able to go to the very last class at SC so I will probaly do a make up at your cascade class. I have a friend that will be in Cascade. You'll have a good time
