Today is one month from surgery for me. Including the weight I lost before surgery, I am down 40 lbs. I am so proud. Carol

I feel really good. It's getting easier to figure out things to eat and what's going to go down well. Just this weekend I have felt a little tired but that could be because I'm back at work now. Hopefully that will get better. Carol
