Overlake Hospital - Bellevue

I'm having surgery next week at Overlake Hospital. Someone in a support group I go to said Overlake Hospital did not have private rooms. Is this true? It's not critical for me to have a private room, just preferred. Wizard Dan

You know Dan, I am having Dr Lauter at Overlake too, and I have been there before. I don't think that there are seperate rooms, but let us know....I will be there with ya in AUgust!! Good luck, and when you find out.....let ME know! (cuz a girl likes her privacy too)

I don't believe they have private rooms, you might want to call and find out. If they do have it, it might be more expensive and your insurance might not cover the cost of a private room ... but no harm in asking! I had my surgery at Overlake too, and was fortunate enough to have a roomie that had my same surgery the day before. It was nice having someone there that was going through the same thing I was going through.
