May 21st Exercise Post
Happy Monday everyone! Ugh! I really hate Mondays....
Especially after having such a relaxing weekend!
We went down to my daughter's district fastpitch games on Saturday. What a long day! They ended up getting beat so no state for them this year.
But I did get in some walking that day, I figured at least 2 miles. And got some sun!
My biggest news of the weekend is that I made the CENTURY CLUB!
I weighed in at 180 on Sunday morning!
I am so excited!
I have lost 101lbs! I still can't really believe it!
I won't be walking today. It's pouring rain here in Blaine. So I will go tanning instead!
But my plan is to walk tomorrow for 3 miles. I have my 9-month check up on Wednesday with my surgeon. I am hoping to hold on to my 101lb loss for my weigh in at the doc's office. Crossing my fingers here!

So what are you going to do to move your butts today? I plan on walking around our building as much as I can to get SOME exercise. Remember, it's cumulative so every little bit helps!!! It all adds up to calories burned and fat lost!!!

That's what I pushed for, too, to be down at least 100 lbs for my appt. and I did it. But don't do what I did after...celebrate by eating! The old habits die hard, sigh! I have had all kinds of excuses and haven't lost anymore weight. I went to a support meeting this week to try to get motivated. I'm still not giving up. I'm telling myself to cut out the junk. I have been exercising 2-3 times a week, but that's not enough. I'm also planning to make a big push this summer when I'm off work. Gym every day, yard work, and better eating habits. I want to lose at least 40 more lbs. so I can't quit now.
