Has anyone used these insurances and been approved? Thanks

I had UHC and had no problems with getting approval last year, but my company has since inserted a written exclusion to our policy for WLS. I would call to find out exactly what your company's policy is. Best of luck to you! Anna

I have UHC and i was approved in what felt like forever, but was really only a few weeks (2, i think, from the time my pre auth got on the desk of the person it needed to be) uhc has a pretty good rep for being quick at authorizing wls. good luck
