Question about my profile

Can anybody tell me how to put a before and after picture of myself on the OH site? I want to show others that are wanting the gastric bi-pass surgery what they can acheive with this proceedure.

Here's a link to the OH site instructions: http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/members/photos.php What I did: I have my own webhost (freeservers.com) where I keep stuff I need to be accessable via the web, like photos and stuff. There are a few websites that offer 'free' storage to share digital photos - I say 'free' because I assume it comes with a pricetage of allowing the e-mail address you signed up with to be spammed. I pay around $15.00 a month for my webhost. Anyway, here are a couple I've seen used a lot here on the OH site. http://www.picturetrail.com/ http://photobucket.com/ These sites will allow you to upload a picture and then link to it so it can be seen via the web. After you get your photo's uploaded you go to the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of this page. Once you you get to your Personal Account Center scroll down and towards the bottom on the left there's a link for "Profile Color and Photos". If you click that link it takes you to a screen where you can enter the links for your before and after photos. Hope this helps Wizard Dan P.S.
