I am posting this to inform any gay lesbian OH members or Friends that we have a Forum. If you are interested in checking it out....the direct link is http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/gay_lesbian_bisexual_trans gender/
Thank You !!! Hope you stop by....
I've just posted four new STALL busting recipes in the recipe forum...
That's right Four very low carb additions to my other recipes designed to make sure you've got the tastiest stuff you can have without any of the guilt. We can't eat much so why not make it super tasty and high quality?
Burgundy Beef and Broccoli
"Talk of the Town" Chicken
Grilled Coconut Ginger Chicken
Creamy-Cheesy Wondersoup
And the ones I posted last week:
Rosemary Grilled Chicken with Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce
Marjoram-Thyme Herbed Roast
Check them out and if you like them, kindly leave your comments in the recipe forum. If you're in a hard stall, I've got plans to help, just PM me...but it takes some time for me to get to all of the emails.
See everyone later!

I stay home with my 2 children and run my husband's business from home too. DH was kind enough to give me 1wk off LOL. I don't think I would have been physically ready to return to an out-of-home job for at least 2 or 3 weeks.
HTH!

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!
I live and work and Burlington and there are tons of great things to do (besides Ben & Jerry's). First of all make sure to bring your warm clothes, by November we could have a foot of snow or it could be 60 degres and sunny. You just never know.
Downtown Burlington's Church Street Marketplace is a pedistrian mall with tons of great shops and places to eat. Check out the website at www.churchstmarketplace.com
Just a few short blocks from Church Street is Lake Champlain. ECHO lake aquarium is also a fun place to visit right on the waterfront. www.echovermont.com
I'll try and think of somemore things. I'm sure you'll find lots to do here.
