hi elizabeth, I haven't replied lately have I? I did not make it to the 8-8-07 support meeting but I did go to the September one. I have now done two of those meetings although only one is required. I won't be going to anymore of those. I have had 4 months of appointments now. Next meeting will be Oct 4 and the last one will be Nov. 1. Hopefully before the end of NOV it can be done. I hope. I preped myself this week to do the 3 day liquid diet. The night before I was an emotional mess. I didn't think I could do.it. The first day I think I had way to much liquid and just sloshed around. The 2nd day was fine. The 3rd was tough but I did get thru it and feel very proud that I did it. Things I would do differently on the 10 day pre-op diet would be: Find soups with low amounts of sodium. Preplan the day totally. Take stool softeners along the way. I am still seeking to find ideas from others who have done it and succeeded. I have also been on the Lapbandtalk.com. Good site. Let me know how you are doing Jeanette

THE PROGRAM IS THIS: On Tuesday, September 11th, 2007, an American flag should be displayed outside every home, apartment, office, and store in the United States. Every individual should make it their duty to display an American flag on this fifth anniversary of our country's worst tragedy. We do this in honor of those who lost their lives on 9/11, their families, friends and loved ones who continue to endure the pain, and those who today are fighting at home and abroad to preserve our cherished freedoms.
In the days, weeks and months following 9/11, our country was bathed in American flags as citizens mourned the incredible losses and stood shoulder-to-
