Surgeon in eastern New York, Vermont, or New Hampshire

Does anyone know of a surgeon no more than 2 hours away from Rutland, VT that doesn't make their gastric by-pass patients lose weight or document weight loss attempts before they will perform surgery? Thanks for any help. JoAnn
