I use the fatsecret app and then link in steps and whatever. The free version does a lot.
What are you using to food track? I used to use MyFitnessPal (aka MFP) and now use WW since losing regain on that program. I thought MFP was great (and still use it for daily weight logging) - I just used the free version.

I had a surgery date scheduled in June, and it was cancelled due to me gaining 20 pounds instead of losing 20 pounds. I am so disappointed in myself. After the surgery was cancelled, I managed to lose 14 pounds in a period of 4 weeks, but I seem to have gained it back now too... I'm feeling very bummed. I started again yesterday with replacing meals with protein shakes and soup as well as implementing a 30 minute dance party. Please send positive vibes my way; I need them. If anyone can be my support system or guide please reach out! I would like to lose 30 pounds in a 6 weeks. Fingers crossed.
Find the help link at the bottom of the page and then the form for further help to let the admins know that there is a problem with the food tracker.

Sorry but the last thing I would advise you to do for a regain is to use protein powder.
It is fine to use protein powder after surgery when you cannot eat real food, but using it when you can eat real food is just making it easy for the body to take in more calories than you need.
The way to treat a regain is by reducing calories. Stick to dense protein that will keep you full.

Hi, have a regain esp since Rona. Looking for a protein powder without sugar or artificial sugar, give me a bad headache
Is anyone else out there having problems with their Food Tracker? I have created My foods and favorites and it won't show me anything past the 1st page. It's a bear to find my foods either by search or going through each catagory to find my foods....

You have a responsible surgeon who is giving you good advice. After they remove the lapband they often give your body time to heal from the damage the lapband causes. The sleeve has a tendency to cause GERD in people who never had it and to make it worse in those who already have it. The GERD might go away once the band is gone.
You do not have to gain weight when the band is removed. Weight gain is because of eating more food. You can make up your mind to follow a diet that keeps the weight off while you wait for the RNY.
Weigh****chers might be the right place to go.
