Yay, thank you for this recipe! I'm going to try it this weekend. I have flaxseed in the pantry, and I'm not even sure what I bought it for originally! I'm really enjoying this website and all of you helpful souls!

White Dove, thanks! I hadn't thought of that one, and cool whip esp sugar free is something I have always used to top desserts, so now I can have a healthier option!

Not sure I'm quite good with berries yet, but it won't be long..for some reason seeds bug me right now. Probably more in my head than anything, not had any real issue. Thanks for the help!

It's the time of year that we focus on being thankful. Since many of us in the OH Community are bariatric patients, we'd like to support other people and show our bariatric surgeons that we appreciate them by leaving a review for them! Maybe it's been a few years, and you'd like to say thank you to your surgeon for providing you a new start and let them know about your progress!

Hunger could be from stomach acid. Acid reflux is common with VSG. Talk to your doctor about this.

It's been 5 years since my VSG. I lost 99.8 pounds. I have gained back 15 in the last year and am working on losing it. All of a sudden, I am REALLY HUNGRY all the time. Can any of you relate and offer some tips. I am still eating Protein First and then Veggies. Thanks. :-)
