Hello Everyone,

I'm still not quite a full month out of surgery, but if you can remember, what were your top foods early in your post op days?

Want2beMe, I'm curious about Instant Breakfast. Does it have a lot of sugar? I'm afraid I might get sick if so. Soft scrambled eggs seem to be working for me, and cottage cheese in small bites. Thanks for your input!

I buy the Light Start which is high in protein and low in sugar for carnation breakfast. Eggs were my favorite for almost 2 months. Now I'm addicted to yogurt.

as soon as I was at the point I could eat fruit with seeds and/or skins, yep! I'd often top my yogurt with a few berries.

Not sure I'm quite good with berries yet, but it won't be long..for some reason seeds bug me right now. Probably more in my head than anything, not had any real issue. Thanks for the help!

I mix greek yogurt with sugar free cool whip. About 1/2 and 1/2. Makes it taste a lot better to me.

White Dove, thanks! I hadn't thought of that one, and cool whip esp sugar free is something I have always used to top desserts, so now I can have a healthier option!
