I am coming up to my 2 year surgiversary in nov and I am still trying to lose these pesky last 10lbs. I have changed up my exercise routine and I admit I have some ugly habits creeping back. But I am trying to allow myself to not rely on the scale so much. I feel amazing and I hate that I let a number get to me. Ugh anyone have any advice aside from throwing my scale out lol

Get a smart scale and track water weight, muscle weight, bone weight, and fat content.

Almost everyone has regain after year 2. Ignoring it will not make it go away. Exercise is good, but only eating less calories than you need to maintain will result in weight loss.

The first two years is easy. It gets harder every year and if you slack off on watching you weight, it will go up, faster than you can believe.

Very True . We all have to watch more then ever at the 2 year mark and hold ourselves accountable if we want to keep the weight off.
