QOTD - what motivates you to keep trying to lose weight?
I am motivated by the ability to be active with my children. When I was obese, we didn't do a lot of outdoor activities. Now I am able to do a lot more..
B - quest bar, 1 cup watermelon
S - 2 eggs
L- can of campbells beef vegetable soup
S -1 ounce cheddar
D- 4 ounces grilled chicken, 1 cup broccoli with 1 ounce of cheese
S- 1 cup watermelon
Breakfast- banana & pack of low sugar instant oatmeal (apple cinnamon flavor?)
Snack - bariatric advantage protein shake vanilla
Lunch - bistro ready made salad 6oz
Snack - bariatric advantage protein shake strawberry and handful of almonds
Dinner - 3oz grilled chicken and 3oz steamed broccoli
Dessert - 2 subway cookies. I know. Guilty.
Gym today offsets the subway cookies.
